BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

The primary role of the Business Development Manager will be to open new goMRM consulting and sales channels, initially in the California bay area. In addition to following up on existing leads, the Business Developer will generate new leads, categorize different channel segments, build relationships with prospective clientele, negotiate business terms, and close deals. This employee must be strategy-minded, aggressive in follow up, highly organized, possess the ability to ask the right questions, and be able to work with limited supervision. This role will require live client meetings and local travel may be required. Future business opportunities may require nationwide travel.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of sales/business development in Mobile Resource Management or AVL industry
  • Ability to generate new leads, build new business channels, and close deals
  • Strong presentation, strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional customer management skills, including phone and face-to-face interaction

TECHNOLOGY/BUSINESS MANAGER

The primary role of the Technology/Business Manager will be to develop and maintain information and knowledge documents pertaining to prospective goMRM clientele. This employee will also be responsible for interfacing with clients and assisting in developing their business strategy and requirements. In this role, the Technology Business Manager will be required to work proactively and independently, with limited supervision. Flexibility and common sense are critical requirements.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years experience in Mobile Resource Management or AVL industry
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Quicken is a plus
  • Ability to build project management templates and other documents from scratch
  • Ability to maintain, update and improve existing documentation
  • Customer relations skills, including phone and face-to-face interaction
  • Working knowledge of location-based products and applications

HARDWARE TESTER/QA

The primary role of the hardware tester is to ensure proper functionality of GPS hardware. 

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of GPS and cellular technology is a plus, but not required
